3. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored in a PocketBase database hosted on our server. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. Your account data is only accessible to you when logged in. API access rules ensure authenticated users can only view their own records, not those of other members.

4. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not share your data with marketing companies.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

5. Cookies

This site uses localStorage to remember your light/dark theme preference. We do not use tracking cookies. Authentication sessions use a token stored in your browser to keep you logged in.

6. Your Rights

• You can view and manage your data from your member dashboard.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
• You can export your booking and service history at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and service records for as long as you have an active membership. If you cancel your membership, we retain records for 12 months for billing and dispute resolution, then delete your personal data.
